Tabley Homes submits planning for Cheshire residential scheme

Luxury housebuilder, Tabley Homes has submitted a planning application for its first residential scheme in Sandiway.  The proposed development will comprise 14 exceptional three, four and five bed homes, including four affordable homes.

Situated just off Chester Road, the 1,8 acre former menage and stables site will be redeveloped to create thoughtfully designed homes – which will range in size from 1,850 sq ft to 2,500 sq ft – inspired by the regency Victorian era.  The proposed scheme also includes four affordable house options.

Once planning is granted by Cheshire West Council, work would start on site in October of this year with the first homes being ready by Spring 2022.
