Hurstwood’s Chairman and CEO, Stephen Ashworth together with Managing Director, Andy Park and project director, Sam Ashworth have joined forces to form Tabley Homes. The company will create bespoke schemes across Cheshire with a focus on delivering homes of the highest quality with superior specifications, all carried out by the company’s in-house specialist construction and development team.

“Tabley Homes will be synonymous with luxury living; building elegant homes in some of Cheshire’s most sought after locations,” states Sam.

“Hurstwood Holdings has a long track record for delivering quality homes and with our experience, we believe we can set new standards in the luxury housing market by addressing the niche gap in this sector of a market that only a handful of developers prioritise,” he continues.

“We have also identified three other potential development sites across the North West and are in serious negotiations with the vendors with the hope of being able to exchange on in the coming weeks and will see a further 100 homes in total being delivered in the next 24 months.”

Tabley Homes submits planning for Cheshire residential scheme 25 August 2021 TableyHomesTeam Sandiway Luxury housebuilder, Tabley Homes has submitted a planning application for its first residential scheme in Sandiway. The proposed development will comprise 14 exceptional three, four and five bed homes, including four affordable homes.

Situated just off Chester Road, the 1,8 acre former menage and stables site will be redeveloped to create thoughtfully designed homes – which will range in size from 1,850 sq ft to 2,500 sq ft – inspired by the regency Victorian era. The proposed scheme also includes four affordable house options.

Once planning is granted by Cheshire West Council, work would start on site in October of this year with the first homes being ready by Spring 2022.

Tabley Homes summits plans to redevelop Tarpoley's former Wild Boar Inn

PROPOSED SCHEME WILL CREATE 14 LUXURY NEW HOMES

Tabley Homes has submitted a full planning application for the refurbishment and conversion of the former Wild Boar Inn and the surrounding site to create 14 new luxury four, five and six bedroom homes in Tarporley, Cheshire.

Designed by architectural practice, Baldwin Design Consultancy, the proposed scheme, which is situated off Whitchurch Road, will see the sensitive restoration of the Grade 2 listed building and surrounding dilapidated outbuildings.
